March 1st, 2022 was noted with launching EL Specialist program at Nukus State Pedagogical Institute for English language and literature and ESP Department teachers supported by American Embassy in Tashkent. Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation Dr. Zhalelov and Head of the international department Alimjan Bimbetov joined to greet Dr. George.
EL Specialist: Carol Ann George, Ph.D. is an expert in TESOL and Spanish language and cultural training. She has collaborated with global corporations in Mexico and the U.S. as a bicultural/bilingual consultant, implementing solutions to bi-national, workplace interaction. Her career as a professor in the United States and Mexico has been in TESOL, Teacher/Foreign and Second Language Education in the U.S. and Mexico. She was associate professor and department chair of Graduate and Undergraduate Teacher Education at Lincoln University in Pennsylvania and at ITESM in Mexico, Director of English, for all levels at the Toluca and Chihuahua Campuses.
